Hyundai Creta facelift 2024 has made its debut, and we were fortunate enough to get up close and personal with the top-tier SX(O) model featuring the much-anticipated Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

In this review, we explore the exterior design, delve into the premium interiors, explore safety features, and discuss the unchanged yet reliable engine and powertrain options.

Hyundai Creta facelift 2024 takes a a bolder step from its Indoasian counterpart, sporting a distinctive and slightly boxy front end reminiscent of the Venue. The new set of integrated DRLs follows the trend set by the Tucson. Additionally, they are coupled with square-shaped headlights, bringing a fresh look. The iconic Hyundai logo is updated to a sharp cut design, positioned below a front camera, adding up modern aesthetics.

The open-style parametric grilles looks subtle , while the grey cladding below contributes to a bold and stylish overall appearance. However The 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels still remain . Borrowed side mirrors with side view cameras from the Tucson , and the inclusion of a rear cross-traffic signal complete the sophisticated side profile.

The rear profile of the Hyundai Creta facelift new model 2024 sparks a debate – is it a trend follower or a trendsetter? Resembling its sibling, the Venue, the Creta now boasts connected LED taillights. The simplicity of the design, with a silver garnish splitter and reverse camera, aligns with Hyundai’s trend of connected LED elements, marking a familiar yet stylish rear identity. .

Stepping inside, the Creta’s interiors scream premium and sophistication. The 8-inch touchscreen display seamlessly integrates with a digital instrument cluster, creating a retro boxy design. The 10.25-inch HD audio-video navigation system enhances the futuristic feel.

The steering wheel, equipped with paddle shifters and ADAS functions, remains familiar. Meanwhile, the rectangular redesigned AC vent panel and black-finished AC control panel contribute to an updated aesthetic. Features like ventilated seats, wireless charging, electrically adjustable seats, a panoramic sunroof, and an electronic parking brake continue to elevate the cabin experience.

Ventilated seats, wireless charging, electrically adjustable seats, and a panoramic sunroof—these features remain available, just like in the upper model. However, the HVAC control unit is a bit old-school, which I feel is a bit of a downgrade.

ADAS and safety:

Safety takes center stage with the Creta 2024, featuring 6 airbags as standard. The top-tier SX(O) model comes equipped with an extensive array of ADAS functions, including Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind-spot Collision Warning, Rear cross traffic and more. The commitment to safety is evident in the Surround View Monitor and Blind-spot View Monitor, providing a 360-degree perspective.

Engine and Powerterain :

Under the hood, the Creta retains its reliable 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engines. The 1.5-liter petrol engine is available with a 6-speed manual and IVT transmission,. While the diesel variant offers a choice between a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission. The turbocharged version, exclusive to the SX(O) model, comes with a 7-speed DCT, offering enthusiasts an extra dose of performance .
