The most anticipated car has been launched, the Mahindra XUV 700, and we have done a small walkaround review about the XUV 700 and in this article will tell you what we think about it.
The new XUV 700 gets a completely new and refreshed body design integrated with the new Mahindra logo which is the first car to get, along with it also get the new led DRLs with projector headlamps with bolder and premium looking grills that have been associated with chrome strips and a front camera, yes the car gets the 360-degree camera view, for good road presence and smooth driving the car gets 18-inch alloy wheels, and apart from this the most special feature that many of us may know, the plush door handles that is kind of similar as in tesla but the noteworthy thing about these handles are, that on unlocking the car only the door handles will pop out otherwise it won’t as seen in the video -, talking about the rear, yes it gets the new arrow-shaped led taillamps which gives a pleasant look and also gets a good amount of boot space as well. You may find the AC vents and the ac controller on the rear seat which looks inspired by the newly launched Hyundai Alcazar. The key is similar to the Mahindra Thar but with a different logo
On the inside, we get a smooth steering wheel with steering mounted controls along with cruise control for higher agility. The big 12.5-inch infotainment display along with the digital instrument cluster with Adrenex connected system,dual-zone Air conditioner, auto hold, and parking brake feature as seen in all the luxurious and premium cars along with the scroll button, padded and soft-touch leather, 3-way power seats, sound system and of course the panoramic sunroof. You may find the buttons similar to the newly launched Thar which are below the ac.
The seats in the front row as well in the second row are comfortable, and the leg space is also good with a good amount of headroom since my height is 5′ 7can sit in the front row but if you are slightly taller, you may have to check, but I think 5 to 7 inch can sit in front as well in 2-row seats over long journeys but in 3 rows, even I found it slightly difficult to sit as there is less space as compared in front and the head may touch with the roof cause of its slight slant design., I may suggest it is good for small children.
Standard safety features available on the Mahindra XUV700 include dual airbags, ABS, seatbelt warning, rear parking sensors, speed-sensitive door locks, adjustable headrests on four seats, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. other safety features include seven airbags, ESC, front collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, pilot assist, auto high-beam, driver fatigue detection, 360-degree cameras, blind-spot monitoring, electronic parking brake, and TPMS which may vary as per the variant you choose.
